not so good at this

Well, I've been inspired this evening, to write another blog.  One thing I have learned is that I am not good at blogging consistently...although I will continue to try.

The market seems to have picked up, I've gotten extremely busy...seems lots of folks are motivated to purchase at this time.  Must be that $8000 tax credit.  I've picked up a couple of new listings and will post them in the blog world if I can figure out how.  One of my condos is under contract and so is the wonderful flip home on Kenlee. 2 happy sellers there.

I have learned this year, though, that I must take a day of rest.  It keeps me going the other 6 days of the week.  I highly recommend it to any fellow realtors that may be reading this.  It seems like being a realtor is an any day of the week, at any time of the day job...however, we need to remember that we are human as well and need our down time to recharge our batteries - this way we are better realtors for our clients.

Speaking of down time...I'm about to go down for the night.  Thanks for reading.

About Molly Moore

As my family tells me, Real Estate is in my blood. Next to God and my family, being a REALTOR is the next priority and passion in my life. I was an assistant to a top producing real estate agent for 2 years and really enjoyed seeing the process of home buying and selling. In that position, I was responsible for coordinating every aspect of the sale from the time the purchase agreement or listing agreement was turned in, until it closed out. I would always say, the only thing I do not do is meet buyers and sellers and view properties with them - and that's the fun part. I was apprehensive about becoming a realtor for a long time because of fear, however I finally got over myself and went for it in 2005. March of 2006 is when I became a licensed Real Estate Agent in Louisiana. Although I started the process in 2005, I was delayed in completing the goal because of hurricane Katrina. I have been an active, busy Realtor ever since, and I love it!
